GLORY BE! I GOT A PANINI MAKER!!!
I absolutely love paninis. My Mom has given me the greatest gift of all time: a beautiful, fabulous, shiny panini maker. I am going to be eating paninis every day for the rest of my life.
I already made one with grilled zucchini, eggplant, onions, and mozzarella and I plan on making even more of them throughout the rest of the week and then I will be able to make weepinis, which are weekend paninis. Obviously.
But, the best thing about it is it isn't just a panini maker...the thing is basically a GRILL.
YOU CAN GRILL ANYTHING.
Shrimp, veggie burgers, s'mores...anything you want to grill you can.
I really should do an infomercial. If you ever find yourself in NYC, let me know and I will make you one mean panini.

my grandparents gave me their old grilled cheese maker when your sis and i lived together, senior year... i basically lived on grilled cheese for the next 5 year until it burned out. haven't allowed myself to throw it out though. i'm hoping it will resurrect itself.
You convinced me that I need one!
